Attorneys Lloyd Smith and Clif Smith represented a roofing manufacturer in Pitt County Superior Court in a lawsuit filed by two separate parties claiming the Defendant had produced a faulty shingle. This matter was brought to trial in 2013. At the close of the Plaintiff’s evidence, and upon motion of the Defendant, the Court found that the Plaintiff’s had failed to establish a products liability claim against the manufacturer and the case was dismissed.
