An Northampton County man killed in wreck when an 18 wheeler improperly backed onto the highway at night without proper lighting on the trailer. Lloyd Smith and Clif Smith brought a lawsuit on behalf of the estate of the deceased against the truck driver and owner in 2012. Case settled prior to trial for $600,000.
